What is a custom item?
A custom item is an item that is created for a specific client and not included in your inventory.
Adding a custom item
After opening your chosen project, navigate towards the Contract tab and select Add Custom Item or click Add and drop down menu will appear, select +Custom item/ Package.
Enter the necessary information and make sure to Save.
Here we provided an example of a client who requested custom photo cut-outs for an event. Since this item is made for the client and cannot be sold to the public, it qualifies as a Custom Item.
The item will be successfully added to your rental items for the event.
