To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
If your card reader isn’t functioning properly, a factory reset may resolve the issue.
🔄 How to Reset the Card Reader
To reset your card reader:
Press and hold both blue buttons on the sides of the reader.
Continue holding for 15 full seconds.
When prompted with a confirmation screen, tap "Yes" to proceed with the reset.
⚠️ Resetting the reader will erase saved settings such as Wi-Fi connections. You may need to reconnect the device after resetting.
