This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you want to include a custom category on your quotes or invoices—one that doesn't fall under a traditional product or logistics grouping—you can use custom line item groups.
Step 1: Add a Custom Line Item Group
Open your project or create a new one by clicking “+ Create New Project” at the bottom of the left-hand navigation tab.
Click “+ Add Items” under the “Rental Items & Services” section.
In the new group, click within the “Item Group Name” field.
Enter a name for your group—something specific to your needs, such as “Design” or “Special Setup.”
Click “Save Line Item Group.”
Need to Add More Line Item Groups?
To create additional groups:
Click “+ Add Inventory Item” beneath the last existing group.
Repeat the steps above to name and save the new group.
Step 2: Add Items to the Group
Once you've created your custom group:
Add any existing or custom items directly into it.
You can drag and drop items into the group if needed.
These will now appear under the custom category when your client views their quote or invoice.
