Create a payment policy from the project, or from your Policies and Taxes Tab
When you are creating the policy, make sure the 'Pass Processing Fees on to Client' is left blank for both options.
Then, when your client is paying through Stripe, they will not be charged the processing fees and you will be charged for the processing fees.
