To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
If you have important notes about your inventory—like damage alerts, packing instructions, or delivery specifics—you can add them directly from the Fulfillment section of your project. These notes will show up on your Pull Sheets, ensuring your team has the info they need.
How to Add Fulfillment Notes
Navigate to Fulfillment
From your project, click on the “Fulfillment” tab.Click the “Notes” Tab
This is the first tab in Fulfillment
3. Add a Note
Click the “+” icon on the right side of your screen.
Enter your note in the text field.
Click “Save”.
Add your notes
Click save
Your note will now appear on the Pull Sheet for that project.
What Are Fulfillment Notes For?
Fulfillment notes are internal-only and visible to your team. Use them to communicate:
Special handling instructions
Delivery details
Repair needs
Item conditions or replacements
