Are you looking to remove this information from your contracts?

To hide or show a sales lead on a specific contract, click the gear symbol in the top right corner of your project, and uncheck Show Sales Lead on Contract under contract settings.

Note: Changes made in the contract settings only affect the project/contract you’re working on. To make changes to settings that will apply to all contracts, visit your account settings.

Uncheck this box to hide sales lead information from the client on all future contracts. For example, if you're a small company and don't need to specify which sales person the client is contacting.
