Let's say you want to keep track of how many rental VS sample items you have in your inventory.

You can quickly duplicate an item by clicking the three dots next to the item and select 'Duplicate Item'

Now you'll have a second instance of that item marked with (duplicate) at the end of its name.

You can now edit the name and quantity of your new item to mark it as either a rental or sample item.
