If you have an item that is rented for a minimum of 3 hours, but 100.00 for each additional hour, you can set the pricing as below:

In that example, my client will always be charged 500.00 for the minimum rental period of 3 hours, but if they rent it for 4 hours, they'll be charged $600.00.

The important thing to remember is you want to set the additional time to break down by each hour, half hour, etc.

Another example would be if I wanted to charge them 100.00 for each half hour, I'd set it as below:
