To get started with the Website Wishlist Integration, first head to your Integrations page. This page lets you manage integrations with various platforms and obtain your Public Browser Key, which is essential for connecting your website to Goodshuffle Pro.

Then select Purchase next to the option that matches your website, or reach out to us via chat to set up a consultation with our team. Note that the platform you select here is only for obtaining the Public Browser Key and does not restrict your ability to integrate with custom-built websites.
Best Practices for Integration Setup
Timing Your Integration During a Website Redesign
It is recommended to complete your website redesign before adding the Goodshuffle Pro integration. This ensures that the integration fits seamlessly into the finalized layout and avoids the need for reconfiguration later.
If your redesign is already in progress, finalize the page where the storefront will be embedded and confirm its placement with your designer to ensure proper display.
Integration with Custom-Built Websites
If you have a custom-built website, you can still integrate it with Goodshuffle Pro. Here’s how:
Obtain your Public Browser Key as described above.
Work with your developer to add and configure the necessary web components directly in your website’s code. At a minimum, your developer will need to implement the following components:
<gspro-item-gallery>: This renders your inventory items.<gspro-wishlist-config>: This configures the Wishlist functionality. Compatibility and troubleshooting for custom-built websites depend on your developer’s implementation.
Finally, select the platform you'd like to get started with, or choose to integrate a custom-built website by working with your developer to implement the necessary components.

For developers working on custom-built websites, ensure the following:

Managing Submissions via Website Integration
Notifications for New Submissions
You can configure which email address receives alerts for new submissions in your Website Integration settings. Note that only one email can be set at a time, so update it as needed if responsibilities change. Learn how to change who receives these submissions here.
If you need more than one teammate to receive these, the best next step is to set up email forwarding based on the subject line, "New Wishlist Submission", for those email notifications.
Handling New Projects
Submissions through the Website Integration are categorized as "New" projects. Your client will receive an automatic email notification that their Wishlist was submitted and received. Note that this automatic email does not include an itemized list for their submission. No other automatic communication, aside from the "Wishlist Received" email, is sent to the client upon submission, allowing you to review and adjust details before sending a quote.
Client Information Carryover
Details entered by clients, such as contact information, event dates, and wishlisted items, are automatically populated into the project. This streamlines the process and reduces manual data entry.
Workflow Integration
Once submitted, these projects can be managed like any other. Use the "Website" toggle to filter them and proceed through your standard quote and contract workflow.
