This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
⚠️ Only the Account Owner is able to view Stripe Capital Loan paydown information. Admins, Full Users, and Limited Users will not see it, even under Finances. If you need these details and you're not the Account Owner, ask your account's owner to pull them for you.
If you've accepted a Stripe Capital Loan, you can view repayment details and history from Finances while your loan is active.
Step-by-Step: View Loan History and Reports
Click “Finances” from your left-hand navigation.
Select “Capital Loans.”
Click “View Report” on the right-hand side.
You’ll also see a list of any previous loan offers that have expired, so you can track your full history with Stripe Capital.
This opens a tab where you can:
View paydown amounts
Download repayment details
Review any previous loans
Don’t See “Capital Loans” Under Finances?
The “Capital Loans” tab shows while you have an active Stripe Capital loan or an open loan offer. After a loan is fully paid off, the tab may no longer appear in your left-hand navigation, even for the Account Owner. Clearing your cache, refreshing, or switching browsers won’t bring it back.
