This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you’re using a device with a shorter screen, some pop-up windows in Goodshuffle Pro may appear cut off — and buttons at the bottom might look “missing” or unclickable. This is due to limited vertical screen space, which prevents the window from fully displaying.
Fortunately, this is easy to fix by zooming out in your browser.
Browser Tip: Goodshuffle Pro works best in Google Chrome.
🔧 Option 1: Use a Zoom-Out Keyboard Shortcut (Fastest Fix)
These shortcuts work across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge:
Mac: Press Command (⌘) + Minus (-)
Windows: Press Ctrl + Minus (-)
Repeat the shortcut until the full window (and its buttons) become visible.
🖱️ Option 2: Zoom Out Using Browser Menu
If you prefer using menu options instead of keyboard shortcuts, here’s how to zoom out in each major browser:
Google Chrome
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
Look for the Zoom section.
Click the minus sign (–) to zoom out.
Safari (Mac Only)
In the top menu bar, click View.
Select Zoom Out.
Firefox
Click the three horizontal lines (☰) in the top right corner.
Find the Zoom setting.
Click the minus sign (–).
Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner.
Look for Zoom.
Click the minus sign (–).
