Apply Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms, and Cancellation Policies to Existing Customers

Learn how to apply custom terms, payment policies, and cancellation rules to specific clients in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you have unique agreements with certain clients—such as tax exemptions, discounts, or special payment terms—you can store these directly in their contact profile.

How to Edit a Contact’s Custom Agreements

  1. Go to the “Directory” tab.

  2. Use the left sidebar to filter by the correct Contact Type.

  3. Select the contact you want to edit.

  4. Click the “Edit” icon in the upper-right corner of their profile.

  5. Scroll down to the Custom Agreements section.

Here, you can:

  • Mark the contact as tax exempt

  • Assign a standard discount

  • Apply default Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms, or Cancellation Policies
