Access your desired contact in the "Directory" folder. Ensure that your needed Contact Type is selected on the left side of the page. Select the contact you are looking edit.

Select the "Edit" symbol on the upper right corner of the contact profile. 

Scroll down to edit the contact's custom agreements. You may choose to make the contact exempt from taxes that apply to your services as well as record standard discounts or terms for them.
