If you'd like to apply a custom discount and make it clear what it's for, you can do so by adding a custom item with a negative value to your project.
Steps to Add a Custom Discount
Within your project, click “Add Custom Item.”
Give the item a name that reflects the type of discount (e.g., “Returning Client Discount”).
Enter a negative value in the price field (e.g., -50).
Save the item to apply the discount to the total.
💡 All negative-value items will appear in brackets on the client-facing documents.
