How Can I Sort the Way My Inventory is Listed in My Inventory Tab?

Here's how you can use the Custom Inventory Columns to quickly find the items you need.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

From your Inventory tab, you can add and arrange Custom Columns to get rich insight into your inventory.

Click 'Manage Layout' at the top right to add and arrange your Custom Columns.

How Can I See My Most Expensive or Least Expensive Inventory?

  • If you'd like to see which of your items is the most expensive, simply add the Unit Price Custom Column and click the header to sort it by Ascending or Descending

How Can I See the Last Time an Inventory Item Was Updated?

  • If you'd like to see which of your items haven't been updated in while (so you know when to replace it), simply add the Date Updated Custom Column and click the header to sort it Ascending (Oldest to Newest) or Descending (Newest to Oldest).

How Can I See my Oldest or Newest Inventory?

  • If you'd like to see which of your items is the oldest (so you know when to replace it), simply add the Date Created Custom Column and click the header to sort it Ascending (Oldest to Newest) or Descending (Newest to Oldest).

Using Saved Views

Goodshuffle Pro ships with six pre-built views to answer the questions event pros ask most:

  • Most Booked — Last 30 Days — your highest-demand items over the past month

  • Top Revenue Products — highest-grossing items (toggle between This Month and Last 365 Days)

  • Not Booked in 90 Days — items sitting idle that may need attention

  • Max Needed — Next 2 Weeks — items with the highest upcoming demand

  • Overbooked — Next 7 Days — items with conflicts coming up this week

  • Damaged Items Needed Next Week — items flagged as damaged that are due out soon
