Tracking item performance is essential for understanding what drives your business forward. In Goodshuffle Pro, you can quickly sort your inventory by gross revenue to see which items are most (or least) profitable, and dig deeper into their performance over time.

Step 1: Add a Gross Revenue Column to Your Inventory View and Sort Your Inventory by Gross Revenue

  1. Go to your Inventory tab.

  2. Click on "Manage Layout" to customize your columns.

  3. Select “Gross Revenue” from the usage and revenue bucket.

  4. The Gross Revenue for each item will now appear in your Inventory list.

  5. Click the Gross Revenue column header to sort your inventory:

    • Descending = Highest revenue items first

    • Ascending = Lowest revenue items first

This is the fastest way to view your top-performing inventory at a glance.

Step 2: Download Your Inventory Report

  1. In the Inventory tab, click the download arrow in the top right.

  2. Select your desired file format (CSV or Excel).

  3. Open the downloaded file on your device.

Bonus: View Item Performance Over a Custom Date Range

If you're looking to analyze an item’s performance over a specific time period:

  1. Go to your Inventory tab.

  2. Click on the item name you want to inspect.

  3. Select the Usage tab.

  4. Use the Time range selector to define your reporting period.

You’ll see:

  • Gross Revenue

  • Percent of Category Revenue

  • Number of Projects the item has been used on

  • Minimum, Maximum, and Average Revenue per Project

This view is perfect for spotting seasonal trends, measuring item popularity, and identifying your top-performing gear.
