If you've selected a PDF to download/print, but only see a blank screen in a new tab, there may be an antivirus program/plugin running on your computer that is blocking this from opening.

Please try temporarily deactivating your antivirus software (such as Norton or McAfee) and try opening the PDF again.
If you're able to see the document, then it was an issue with the antivirus software.
