This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you've accidentally checked in an item too early—or if it's still being used during the event—you can quickly move it back to the "In Use" status from the Fulfillment tab on a project.

How to Move an Item to "In Use"

  1. Go to the Fulfillment tab within the project.

  2. In the “Check In” section, click the “–” button next to the item. This removes one checked-in quantity and moves it back to "In Use."

Note: This action depends on the project's status.

  • If the event is still underway, the item will move back to “In Use.”

  • If the event is completed, the item will move to “Set Aside” instead—typically for damaged, dirty, or missing gear.
