Barcoding in Goodshuffle Pro makes it easy to track your inventory with precision by allowing you to scan items through various Pull Sheet stages. This process helps reduce errors, save time, and ensure that every item is accounted for at each step.

Here is how to do this.

  1. Using your mobile device,

    1. Scan the QR Code at the top right of a project's Pull Sheet. This will take you to the mobile Fulfillment page for a project or

    2. Click the link to the mobile Fulfillment home page to select a project

  2. Tap the 'Scan' button located at the bottom right of your mobile view

  3. Select either Pulled, Prepped, or Loaded, depending on where you are in the Pull Sheet Stages. Note that the Account Owner or Admin can customize the name of each Digital Pull Sheet stage, so these may be different in your account. Learn more here

  4. Click 'Allow' to allow Goodshuffle Pro to access your camera to scan items

  5. Hover your mobile device over the QR Code on the item. Note that you can scan as many barcodes as can fit in the camera

    1. You should hear a short 'beep' sound and see a green outline flash around the box of the QR Code to indicate the scan

  6. Click 'Review Scan'

  7. You can then 'Approve', 'Cancel', or 'Collapse'

  8. Check the Digital Pull Sheet to ensure the scans and quantities per Fulfillment Status match

The GIF below showcases the 'Prepped' Fulfillment Status when approving or canceling item scans.

If you approve the 'Pulled' scans, you will see the same number of 'Prepped' items on your Digital Pull Sheets. If you approve 'Loaded' scans, you'll see the same number of 'Prepped' and 'Pulled' items.
