Hover your mobile device over the QR Code on the item. Note that you can scan as many barcodes as can fit in the camera
You should hear a short 'beep' sound and see a green outline flash around the box of the QR Code to indicate the scan

You can then "Approve All' or Cancel by clicking "Review Scan."
Check the Digital Pull Sheet to ensure the scans and quantities per Fulfillment Status match. You’re instantly ready to start scanning.
How Rapid Scanning Works
1. Scan an item
As the barcode comes into your camera view, Goodshuffle Pro Standard automatically identifies the item and updates its fulfillment status based on the current workflow stage.
2. Confirm the scan result
You’ll see immediate feedback so you always know what’s happening:
Success: Item recognized and updated.
Flagged: Item doesn’t belong to the project or is scanned in the wrong stage.
Duplicate: Item was already scanned in this stage.
These real-time alerts keep your team confident and moving quickly.
3. Keep scanning, no tapping required
Rapid Scanning is continuous. You don’t need to pause or tap between items—just move on to the next piece of inventory and keep going.
When to Use Rapid Scanning
Rapid Scanning shines during high-movement stages of fulfillment, including:
Pulling items in the warehouse
Prepping gear before load-out
Loading trucks during dispatch
Checking in items as they return to the warehouse
Using Rapid Scanning at every step reduces handling time and minimizes miscounts or missed items.
Best Practices for Smooth Scanning
Work in a well-lit space for faster camera recognition.
Keep barcodes clean, flat, and unobstructed.
Train team members on common scan alerts.
Use durable labels on heavy-use or outdoor equipment.
Encourage your team to scan items at every fulfillment stage.
