We automatically save all your past help conversations so you can easily revisit them at any time.
How to View Your Past Help Chats
Open Goodshuffle Pro.
Click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen.
From the menu that appears, click “Messages.”
You’ll be able to scroll through your full support history, including responses from our team and your own messages. This is especially helpful if:
You want to revisit a solution or link we provided earlier.
You need to follow up on an ongoing issue.
You’re troubleshooting something at a later date.
💡 Pro Tip: You can also use the search bar at the bottom of the chat menu to explore help articles instantly while chatting.
