This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
You can close the chat bubble on your screen at any time by clicking the blue downward arrow just beneath the message thread.
This will NOT end an active conversation. Once closed, you can reopen the chat bubble by clicking the icon. You will be able to see all your active conversations as well.
What Happens if You Don’t Respond?
If there is no response from your side within 1 hour, a member of the Goodshuffle team may close the chat on their end.
But don’t worry—you can reopen the chat at any time by clicking the bubble and resuming the conversation.
