To reactivate your account, first sign in to Goodshuffle Pro.

Next, please confirm the card on file is the one you'd like charged. You can learn more about updating your card here (Article).

This is very important, as if the charge fails to capture for your reactivation, your account will be locked.

Then, click 'Reactivate Core Account' from your Subscriptions Tab.

You will then have access to your account.

All projects, contacts, files, etc have been securely stored and will be available to you after reactivation.
