This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
To reactivate your account, first sign in to Goodshuffle Pro.
Next, please confirm the card on file is the one you'd like charged. You can learn more about updating your card here (Article).
Important: If the charge fails to process, your account will remain locked.
Then, navigate to the Subscriptions Tab in your Account Settings and click "Reactivate Core Account".
Once completed, you'll regain full access to your account.
All of your projects, contacts, files, and inventory will remain securely stored and will be available immediately after reactivation.
