To reactivate your account, first sign in to Goodshuffle Pro.

Next, please confirm the card on file is the one you'd like charged. You can learn more about updating your card here (Article).

This is very important as if the charge fails to process for your reactivation, your account will be locked.

Then, click 'Reactivate Core Account' from your Subscriptions Tab in your Account Settings.

You will then have access to your account.

All projects, contacts, files, etc have been securely stored and will be available to you after reactivation.
