This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When your product listings or categories don't appear on your website after integrating with Goodshuffle Pro, several common troubleshooting steps can help resolve this issue. Follow the guidance below to ensure your listings are correctly displayed:

Step 1: Verify Integration Status

  1. Check Website Integration Settings:

    • Ensure that Website Integration is active in your Goodshuffle Pro account. Navigate to the Integrations section to confirm its status. Re-activate or purchase the integration if necessary.

  2. Refresh Your Public Browser Key:

    • Go to Integrations > Website Integration in Goodshuffle Pro and refresh or regenerate your Public Browser Key.

    • Replace the old key with the newly generated key in your website's integration code. For example, Squarespace users should update the Public Browser Key in their site header code snippet.

Step 2: Validate Code and Tags

  1. Review Code Snippet:

    • Double-check the formatting of the HTML code snippet used for integrating Goodshuffle Pro on your site. Use the following syntax to correctly specify the category in your item list: <gspro-item-list category=your-category></gspro-item-list>.

  2. Verify Tag Settings:

    • Make sure the tags used in Website Integration are correctly applied and spelled. Remember, tags are case-sensitive, so ensure proper capitalization is used.

  3. Adjust Item List Size:

    • If your item list is not displaying all items, try increasing the size parameter in the code snippet to include more listings.

Step 3: Address Visibility and Caching

  1. Check Item Visibility on Goodshuffle Pro:

    • Ensure the desired products are set to be visible in the Goodshuffle Pro platform. Items that are not marked as visible will not appear in your listings.

  2. Clear Caching Issues:

    • View your website in a private or incognito browser window to bypass caching and confirm that updates to listings appear.
