If your bank does not appear when attempting to link through your Company tab, you'll be given the option to link using your Account and Routing numbers.

Note: If you had a different account linked and are changing banks, your bank will not switch over until this verification process is completed. You will still receive outbound transfers to the initially connected account.

Head over to your company tab and scroll to your Bank Info. Click to Add or Change your account. If your bank is not found, you can link with Account numbers.

Once entered, two deposits less than $0.99 will appear in your account within a few days. To avoid overdraft fees, please ensure you have at least $1.98 in your account.

After clicking authorize, you'll see a message to return to Goodshuffle Pro in one business day.

Once the two deposits less than $0.99 hit your account, you'll head back to your Company tab to verify the amounts. You'll receive an email with a link to your Company tab, and you'll want to Click on "Verify Account" next to your bank information.

To properly verify your account, enter the correct amounts that were deposited.

***If the amounts are entered incorrectly three times, the verification will fail and you will need to start the verification process over***

Once the amounts are entered correctly, your account will be linked! The amounts deposited will be reversed from your account.

Once linked, you'll be able to accept payments and have outbound transfers sent to your bank. You'll also be able to process refunds online through our payment processor, Stripe.
