To review submitted evidence of a dispute, you can head to the "Billing" tab of the disputed project and locate the dispute.
Click the "+" icon to the left of the Dispute to review the date the dispute was created and the date you submitted evidence - you'll also see a "View Submitted Dispute" option.
As a note: You are not able to change/delete/update submitted evidence. Once evidence is submitted you cannot submit more evidence.
Any actions, such as when a Dispute is issued and evidence is submitted, will be tracked in the Logs of a project.
