Here's how you can set a default payment policy for a company

Learn how to create a Net Payment Policy from your account settings here.

When adding/editing a Company in the Directory, you'll be able to assign a new Default Payment Policy toward the bottom under Payment Terms:

This'll guarantee that regardless of the individual contact on the Project, it'll always apply the Company's Payment Policy.
