Under the billing tab of a project, click "Capture Payment" to open the payment view.

Then, key in the amount you're looking to charge. You'll be able to select "In-Person Payment"

You'll see a list of your available readers - select the reader you want to use to capture your payment, and the reader will light up with the total and steps to pay for your customer.
