To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
You can track your card reader shipment right from your Goodshuffle Pro account.
Where to Find Your Card Reader Order
Go to the Finances tab in your left-hand menu.
Click on Card Readers.
Here, you'll see:
Any active card readers on your account
Your most recent order(s)
Status (Pending, Shipped)
Shipping address and order date
🔒 All card readers are covered under a 1-year Stripe warranty from the date of shipment.
In-person payments require an active WiFi connection
