How Do I See my Unscheduled Routes?

How to View Your Unscheduled Routes in Goodshuffle Pro

Unscheduled routes in Goodshuffle Pro allow you to keep track of deliveries and pickups that haven’t yet been assigned to a route. Here’s how you can locate and manage them.

Step 1: Navigate to the Route Planner

  1. Log in to your Goodshuffle Pro account.

  2. Go to the Dispatch tab.

  3. Select Route Planner from the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 2: Scheduling your Routes

  1. In the Route Planner interface, you will see the calendar with dots indicating Unscheduled and Conflict Routes.

  2. All dates with blue dots mean you have unscheduled routes.

Step 3: Assign Unscheduled Items to a Route

  1. Click on a date with a blue dot. This will show you a list of all the Unscheduled Routes

  2. Use this list to prioritize and organize your scheduling process.

  3. Select a delivery or custom stop to start scheduling your route.

  4. Choose an existing route or create a new route for the item.


Additional Tips

  • Regularly check the Unscheduled section to ensure no deliveries or pickups are overlooked.

  • Communicate with your team to confirm availability for newly scheduled routes.
