Here is how you can review which inventory is included in a single stop, or all stops in a Route in Dispatch.

To view the inventory included in a specific stop or stops listed in your Routes, you can access detailed information directly from the Route Planner or My Routes. This ensures you have clear visibility into what items are scheduled for each stop.

Viewing Inventory for stops under the Route Planner

How can I view the inventory included in a waypoint (i.e., stop)?

  1. Navigate to the Route Planner under Dispatch

  2. Search for a Route using the Calendar option

  3. Hover over a waypoint (i.e., a stop) to view basic details such as,

    1. The type of delivery (i.e., drop-off or pickup)

    2. Time on site

    3. The project name

    4. The venue address

    5. The name of the route

  4. Click to open a details panel for the waypoint and then select the 'Inventory' tab

  5. Filter the list by 'Line Item Group' or 'Category'

You can also view the inventory listed in any 'Unscheduled' stops.

  1. Click on the 'Unscheduled' tab in the left side menu

  2. Click the '⌄' symbol to expand the Stop Details

  3. Click the 'Inventory' tab

  4. Filter the list by 'Line Item Group' or 'Category'

How can I view the inventory included in a waypoint (i.e., stop)?

  1. Navigate to 'My Routes' under Dispatch

  2. Search for a Route using the Route filters

  3. Click on the route and then select the 'Inventory' tab

  4. Filter the list by 'Line Item Group' or 'Category'

How can I view the inventory included in a Route?

  1. Navigate to 'My Routes' under Dispatch

  2. Search for a Route using the Route filters

  3. Click on the Route and then select the 'Route Inventory' tab

You can then filter the 'Route Inventory' view by the 'Group' and 'Stop Type'.

How can my drivers see specific inventory items under My Routes?

Full and Limited Users can view the inventory items for a stop or stops in an assigned Route by clicking to open it. From there, they can select a specific stop and click the 'Inventory' tab or click 'Route Inventory' from the My Routes 'Overview' page.
