Accessing the “My Routes” View
To see your crew assignments:
Go to the Dispatch tab in Goodshuffle Pro.
Click on the My Routes view.
(Note: This view is only visible if you've been assigned to a Route.)

This example shows how to navigate to “Dispatch” and then select “My Routes.”
Filtering Your Assignments
Use the filters at the top of the My Routes view to narrow your results. You can filter by:
Route Start Date — See assignments for today, this week, or a custom date range
Warehouse — View assignments starting from a specific location
Crew — Filter based on who is assigned to the Route
Vehicle — Focus on the Routes assigned to a certain truck or van
Status — Show only Scheduled, In Progress or Completed Routes
Click Reset Filters to return to the full list.
Notifications You’ll Receive
You’ll automatically get email notifications when:
You're first assigned to a Route or Stop
Your assignment details change (e.g., role, time, or location updates)
Who Can Use “My Routes”?
Any user (Full or Limited) assigned to a Route.
Dispatchers (Full Users) can assign team members, but won’t see other users’ “My Routes” views.
Example: Viewing Your Route Assignments
Imagine you're a driver assigned to the “Spring Gala” Route:
8:00 AM — Load items at the Warehouse
10:00 AM — Deliver and help set up at the Venue
Your “My Routes” view will show both of these stops, including times, locations, and your role as “Driver.”
