How Do I Remove Crew Members From a Route?

This article explains how to remove assigned crew members from a route in Goodshuffle Pro's Dispatch feature.

If you’ve assigned a crew member to a route in Goodshuffle Pro and need to remove them, whether due to a schedule change, mistake, or reassignment, you can do so quickly and easily from the Manage Crew Side Panel screen.

Removing someone from a route will also remove their access to any waypoints on that route, and they will no longer see this route in their My Routes view.

Here's how to make the update:


Steps to Remove a Crew Member from a Route

  1. Open the Project

    • Go to the Fulfillment tab of the project.

    • Select the View Route section.

2. Click on the Route

  • Find the route where the crew member is assigned.

  • Click the Assign Crew to open the Manage Crew Side Panel.

3. Remove the Crew Member

  • Choose the Role you would like to "Remove"


What Happens After Removal?

  • The removed team member will no longer receive updates or emails about this route.

  • The user will receive an email letting them know they were removed.

  • The route will disappear from their My Routes view.

  • If they were previously assigned to a Driver role, make sure to assign a new driver before dispatching the route.
