If you’ve assigned a crew member to a route and need to remove them—whether due to a schedule change, mistake, or reassignment—you can do so quickly in the “Manage Crew” panel.
Removing someone from a route also removes their access to any waypoints on that route, and the route will disappear from their “My Routes” view.
Steps to Remove a Crew Member from a Route
Navigate to the Route Planner to find the Route or
Open the Project
Go to the Fulfillment tab of the project.
Select the View Route section.
2. Open the Route
Click “👥 Crew” or "Assign Crew" located at the top right of the Route to open the "Manage Crew" Panel or
Click the “Pencil” icon to open the Route Detail Panel, scroll down, and click "Manage Crew"
3. Remove the Crew Member
Locate the crew member you want to remove
Click "Remove"
What Happens After Removal?
The removed team member will no longer receive updates or emails about this route.
The user will receive an email letting them know they were removed.
The route will disappear from their My Routes view.
If they were previously assigned to a Driver role, make sure to assign a new driver before dispatching the route.
