In Goodshuffle Pro, Full Users can assign team members to individual routes or waypoints, specifying roles such as Driver or Crew. Assigned users automatically receive email notifications to ensure everyone stays on the same page.

Step 1: Open the Route Planner

  1. Navigate to the Route Planner within the Logistics section of your project.

  2. Select the route or the specific waypoint you want to assign someone to.

  3. Click “Crew” and open the assignment panel.

Step 2: Assign Full or Limited Users

  1. In the assignment panel, select any Full User or Limited User from your user list.

🔒 Note: Limited Users can be assigned to a route/waypoint, but cannot make assignments themselves.

Step 3: Choose a Role

Assign a specific role for each user:

  • Crew Member - Handles tasks such as loading, setup, teardown, or on-site support.

  • Driver – Responsible for operating the vehicle and overseeing transport logistics.

Notify Assignees via Email

After saving the assignment:

  • Each team member will receive an automated email notification.

  • Emails include:

    • Project details

    • Route or waypoint name

    • Role

    • Time window (if specified)

This ensures your crew knows exactly where to be and when.
