Viewing the details of a scheduled stop in Dispatch gives you important insights like:
Stop number and route name
Type of stop (drop-off or pickup)
Time on site and scheduled times
Venue and client information
A direct link to the project
This helps you stay informed and manage logistics with ease.
Viewing Stop Details from the Route Planner
Navigate to “Route Planner” under the Dispatch tab.
Use the calendar to search for the correct route.
Hover over a waypoint (stop) on the map to see:
Delivery type (drop-off or pickup)
Time on site
Project name
Venue address
Route name
Click on the waypoint to view the full stop details, including a direct link to the related project.
💡 You can also zoom into the map to hover over or click the stop for more detail.
Viewing Stop Details from My Routes
Go to “My Routes” under the Dispatch tab.
Use the available filters to search for a specific route.
Click the route, then select a stop to open its detail panel.
