How to Use the Dashboard to Track Balances and Sales

Learn how to monitor your company’s billing and payment activity from your Goodshuffle Pro dashboard.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

You can view a clear overview of your company’s billing status by clicking the “Dashboard” tab in the top navigation bar, then scrolling to the billing dashboard section.

Dashboard Overview

The fastest way to check what your clients owe is by reviewing the Due Balances section on your Dashboard.

This area gives you a quick snapshot of:

  • Due balances on all signed, active projects

  • Unread messages from clients or teammates

  • Your task list, so you know what’s next

⚠️ Heads up: Archived projects won’t appear in your Dashboard. We recommend waiting to archive any project until it’s fully paid.

Leaderboard

  • Inventory sales by category

  • Top clients by revenue

  • Top Venues

  • Top Event types

Sales Dashboard

  • Sales stats over a selected time span and by staff

  • Billing status of all signed contracts - Includes "Action Needed Contracts"

  • A graph of signed vs. sent quotes vs. lost projects
