How Can I Generate a Sales Report?

Learn how to view and export sales data by using filters and custom columns in your Goodshuffle Pro project list.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Step 1: Add the Right Columns

To see total sales data YTD, make sure you've added the “Contract Total” and “Sales Lead” custom columns to your project list.

Step 2: Use Filters to Narrow Results

On the left side of your project list, use the filters to define your date range and other criteria.

  • Set the “Dates” filter to “Specific Dates” to search between a specific range

  • Use additional filters like Sales Office, Client, and Team

  • Check the “Include archived projects” box to include older data

*Be sure to select 'Include Archived Projects" on your project list, so you see open and archived projects*

Step 3: View Your Totals

Once filtered, hover over the “Contract Total” column to view your sales totals at a glance.


Optional: Filter by Sales Lead

You can also narrow your results by Sales Lead using the “Team” filter on the left.

Step 4: Export to Excel

Click download your columns to export your filtered data and manipulate it in Excel. (This is available for Standard plans and above)
