How Can I Download My Project List?

Here's how to export your Project List to Excel so you can report on project data or schedule deliveries.

Written by Sierra Burton

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Need to run a report or organize your upcoming deliveries? You can export your filtered Project List to Excel in just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step: Export Your Project List

  1. Apply any filters to narrow down your list.
Examples: “Next 7 days,” “Signed Projects,” “Specific Location.”

    1. If you don't see the filter options? Click "Filters" at the top left of your Projects list.

  2. Select the projects you'd like to include in your download.

  3. Click the “Bulk Download” button in the top right of your Project List.

  4. Choose the desired file type, language (i.e., English, Spanish, or French) and click “Email Files.”

  5. You’ll see "Bulk Export in Progress". You can click "Okay. Got it" to close the window without disrupting the export. This will read as "complete" once the email is delivered to you. The email will include the file containing your filtered project data.

Apply the wrong filters? Simply click Clear Filters to reset your view.

📦 The file will include all your currently applied Custom Columns, making it easy to answer questions like:

  • How much is scheduled for delivery this week?

  • Which clients haven’t signed yet?

  • What’s the subtotal by location?

Exporting the Line Item Summary Column

When you add the Line Item Summary column to your Project List, your export includes every line item for the projects you selected, so you get the full item-level detail alongside your other columns.

  1. Click “Manage Layout” and add the Line Item Summary column to your Project List.

  2. Apply your filters and select the projects you want to include.

  3. Click “Bulk Download” to open the export window, choose your file type and language, and click “Email Files.” The exported file will include the line item detail for each selected project.

When you're exporting line item detail across a group of projects, the export window gives you a few extra options to shape the file to your needs:

  • Categories — choose All, or select specific categories so the export only includes projects that contain them.

  • Group By — organize the line item detail by Primary Category or Subcategory.

  • Item Images — include images for your items at None, Small, Medium, or Large size.

  • Print Language — choose English, French, or Spanish.

Mix and match these however you need. For example, you could pull an aggregate export of the line item detail on all signed contracts with logistics starting in a specific window—grouped by subcategory, with medium item images, in the language of your choice:

Note that Goodshuffle Pro Lite Plans can only export signed Contracts from the Project List. You must upgrade to Goodshuffle Pro Standard to export other files.
