This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Want to analyze how many projects you’ve lost—and how much they were worth—over a specific period? Follow these steps to run a quick report from your Project List.

Step 1: Include Archived Projects

Since Lost projects are automatically archived, you’ll need to:

  • Go to your Project List

  • On the left sidebar, check the box for “Include Archived Projects”

Step 2: Filter for Lost Projects

  • Click the “Lost” flag at the top of your Project List

  • You’ll now see only Lost projects

  • If you’ve set a date range, the total count will reflect that filter

Step 3: Apply Additional Filters (Optional)

Use the left sidebar to further filter by:

  • Date Range

  • Sales Lead

  • Client

  • And more

Step 4: Add Custom Columns to Analyze Value

Add columns like:

  • Contract Subtotal

  • Logistic Start

This helps you track how much potential revenue was lost and why.

Note that Goodshuffle Pro Lite Plans can only export Contracts (signed and unsigned) from the Project List. You must upgrade to Goodshuffle Pro Standard to export other files.
