How to Ensure Canadian Addresses Are Entered Correctly in Goodshuffle Pro

Accurately entering addresses is essential for project location settings in Goodshuffle Pro. For Canadian addresses, users may encounter challenges if the address is not entered into the correct field. This guide outlines best practices to ensure Canadian addresses are added correctly.

Steps for Adding Canadian Addresses

  1. Choose the Correct Input Field: - When adding a location to a project, always enter the street address in the "Address" field. - Avoid using the "Venue" field for entering the street address, as it does not utilize the street-level lookup required for accurate results.

  2. Use Street-Level Lookups: - The "Address" field performs a more precise street-level lookup than the "Venue" field, ensuring that even less common Canadian addresses are recognized accurately.

  3. Optional Venue Selection or Naming: - Once the address has been entered in the "Address" field, you may optionally select or name the venue separately in the "Venue" field to customize the location further.

Why Address Field Matters

The "Address" field is designed to handle specific street-level details, while the "Venue" field is generally used for broader labels (e.g., company names or event venue titles). Using the fields as intended ensures that the address appears correctly and resolves search-related issues.
