To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

What Are Seats?

Seats refer to the user licenses you pay for so that your team can access Goodshuffle Pro. Each subscription includes:

  • ✅ 1 free Limited User seat

  • ✅ The option to purchase additional Limited User seats at:

    • $29/month when billed monthly

    • $19/month when billed annually (save 10%)

You’ll need to invite a teammate to assign them to one of these seats.

Option 1: Invite a Teammate from Account Settings

  1. Go to “Account Settings” and select Subscriptions to view your current seats.

  2. Navigate to the “Team Management” section.

  3. To add a new Limited User seat, click “Add Another Teammate” and follow the on-screen steps OR

  4. Locate the empty seat and click “Invite Teammate.”

5. Enter your teammate’s email address and click “Send Invite.”

If you need to switch between seat types (Full vs. Limited), select the appropriate type before sending the invite.

Option 2: Invite a Teammate from a Project

Admins and Account Owners can also add teammates directly from a Project.

  1. In the project, click on the “Team” icon.

2. In the panel that appears, click “Invite Teammate.”

3. Enter:

  • Teammate’s email

  • Seat type (Limited or Full)

  • Monthly vs. Annual billing preference

Annual subscriptions save you 10% for the year! Learn more here.

4. Choose whether the teammate should be auto-added to all new projects.

📩 Ask your teammate to watch for their Company Invitation email. If they don’t see it, remind them to check their spam folder or filters.

If there are filters on their email inbox, they may need to check their Spam folder.

Sales User vs. Crew User

  • Crew Users (also known as Limited Users) are typically field or warehouse staff with limited access. Sales Users (also known as Full Users) have more access, including project creation and client communication. Learn more here.

  • You can upgrade a Crew User to a Sales User via the “Team Management” section.
