Managing Your Subscription and Billing

When will I be billed for my Goodshuffle Pro accounts? What's the difference between core, annual, and monthly accounts?

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can manage all aspects of your Goodshuffle Pro subscription from one place.


How to Access Subscription Settings

  1. Log into Goodshuffle Pro

  2. Select Account

  3. Click the Subscription tab

From here, you can:

  • Add or remove seats and teammates

  • Upgrade your plan

  • Update your payment method

  • View billing history

  • Deactivate your account


Understanding Your Billing Cycles

Goodshuffle Pro offers flexible billing options depending on your plan and seat types.

Your Base Plan

Your base subscription (Account Owner seat plus any included seats) is billed on the date you originally subscribed.

Monthly billing: Charged on the same date each month
Annual billing: Charged once per year on your subscription anniversary

💡Annual billing is only available for Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above

Additional Seats

When you add extra Full User, Limited User, or Read-Only seats, you can choose how they're billed:

Annual Billing

  • Charged once per year on the date you add the seat

  • Provides the best value with discounted rates

  • To switch a seat to annual billing: Click the three dots next to the seat → Select Switch to Annual Billing → Click Upgrade (To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.)

Monthly Billing

  • All monthly seats (added after your base plan) are synced to bill on the same day each month

  • This prevents multiple charges throughout the month

  • New seats are prorated for the partial month

Example: If you add a Full User seat on January 15th, you'll be charged a prorated amount for January 15-31. Starting February 1st, all your monthly seats will be charged together on the 1st of each month.
