This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
You may occasionally want to offer a discount to a client without altering the default price stored in your inventory. You can do this by applying a project-specific discount directly on the item.
How to Apply a Discount in a Project
Go to the Line Item Group section of your project.
Scroll to the item you want to discount.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the item.
Select “Edit” from the dropdown menu.
In the popup window, locate the “Discount” field.
Enter the discount as either a percentage (%) or a dollar amount ($).
Click “Save.”
The discount will be applied in your project inventory.
Important Notes:
This discount only affects this individual project.
It will not change the item's base price in your inventory.
The discounted price will appear directly in the project’s Totals section on the Contract tab.
