This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You may occasionally want to offer a discount to a client without altering the default price stored in your inventory. You can do this by applying a project-specific discount directly on the item.

How to Apply a Discount in a Project

  1. Go to the Line Item Group section of your project.

  2. Scroll to the item you want to discount.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the item.

  4. Select “Edit” from the dropdown menu.

  5. In the popup window, locate the “Discount” field.

  6. Enter the discount as either a percentage (%) or a dollar amount ($).

  7. Click “Save.”

The discount will be applied in your project inventory.

Important Notes:

  • This discount only affects this individual project.

  • It will not change the item's base price in your inventory.

  • The discounted price will appear directly in the project’s Totals section on the Contract tab.
