This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

How to Override an Item Price

  1. Open the project where you'd like to adjust pricing.

  2. Find the item in the Line Item Group section.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the item, then select “Edit.”

  4. In the pricing panel, click “Override Amount.”

  5. Enter the new price you'd like to charge and click “Save.”

Where to See the Change

Once saved, your override will:

  • Reflect immediately on the client-facing quote or contract.

  • Be recorded in the Logs section of the project, showing:

    • The original price

    • The overridden amount

    • Who made the change and when

This keeps your team informed and ensures transparency.
