Let's say you want to bring a few other items on to a project (tools, additional linen, etc). If you'd like to add these items so your team knows to bring them, but not charge your client for them, you first need to add the items to the project.

Once the items have been added you can hide them by either clicking the three dots next to the item, or clicking the check box next to multiple items.

Another way to add these items without charging the client would be to add them from Fulfillment
