If you'd like to hide all item descriptions on a project, first click the 'Gear Symbol' in the top right of your project.

Then, under Contract Settings, select to disable Item Description.

You can also hide the descriptions of specific items by editing the items and selecting to hide the description.

Your account owner (or other admins) can set to hide descriptions on projects as an account setting to apply to all projects moving forward.
