Showing the Subtotal By Line Item Group on a Specific Project
Showing your clients a subtotal by Line Item Group (Ceremony, Reception, Ballroom, etc) can be controlled on a project by clicking the 'Gear' symbol in the top right.
Then, under 'Contract Settings' click to Show Line Item Group Subtotals.
Now the Line Item Group Subtotals (For Ceremony, Reception, Ballroom, etc) will show to the client on this project!

Note: This setting can only be adjusted by the account owner or other Admins. This setting will apply to all projects created moving forward.
From your Account Settings click to Show Subtotals by Line Item Group.
