Pushing Google Calendar to Outlook and Other Email Services

Learn how to sync your Google Calendar with Outlook or other calendar programs using an iCal feed.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Syncing With Outlook

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Click “Add Calendar” on the left side of your screen.

  3. Select “Subscribe from Web.”

  4. In a new tab, go to Google Calendar.

  5. Click the three dots next to the calendar you want to share.

  6. Select “Settings & Sharing.”

  7. Scroll to the Integrate Calendar section.

  8. Copy the iCal address.

  9. Paste this into Outlook’s “Subscribe from Web” field.

  10. Click “Import.”

Your Goodshuffle-connected calendar will now display in Outlook!


Syncing With Other Calendar Programs (iCal)

  1. Go to your Google Calendar.

  2. Click the three dots next to the calendar you'd like to sync.

  3. Choose “Settings & Sharing.”

  4. Scroll to the Integrate Calendar section.

  5. Copy the link labeled “Public address in iCal format.”

  6. Paste this link into the subscription settings of your preferred calendar app (Apple Calendar, Thunderbird, etc.).

📝 Note: These calendar feeds are one-way syncs. Updates made in Outlook or Apple Calendar will not flow back to Google Calendar or Goodshuffle Pro.
