Outlook
Click to Add a Calendar on the left side of your screen.
Click 'Subscribe from Web'
Paste the address/link copied from Google Calendar/
iCal
Within Google Calendar:
Click the three dots next to the calendar you'd like to share
Settings & Sharing
Scroll down the the Integrate Calendar section. Copy the 'Select address in iCal format' to your clipboard.
