How can I send a client an updated invoice without having them sign for changes?

Here's how you can manually tag a contract as 'Signed' and send the client an updated invoice.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Let's say you want to add a few more items to a project and send the updated invoice to your client, but you don't want the client to go through the process of signing for the updates first.

Note: Please ensure you've got the client's approval for manually signing and making changes.

Start by clicking Edit Signed Contract on the project.
Then add your custom or additional items to the line item groups.

Anything additional will show up with the little '+' tag

Click 'Done Editing' when finished

Now, instead of clicking 'Send to Client', you'll click the dropdown menu next to Unsigned Changes and select 'Contract Signed'.

Now that you've got the signature 'on file' you can send the updated invoice to the client for payment.
