How to Hide Your Headquarters Address on Quotes and Invoices

Learn how to display only a PO Box on your client-facing quotes and invoices.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you run your business from home or prefer not to display your full address, you can choose to show only a PO Box on your quotes and invoices.

Step 1: Add a Mailing Address

Before you can hide your headquarters address, you must first add a mailing address to your account.


How to Hide Your Headquarters Address

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Account > Company.

  2. Select the Settings tab at the top of the page.

  3. Scroll down to the Contract Settings section.

  4. Find the option “Show headquarters address (Account Wide Setting)”.

  5. Toggle the setting Off.

This setting ensures your headquarters address is hidden from the top and bottom of your quotes and invoices.

What Clients Will See Instead

When this setting is disabled, your documents will only show the mailing address (such as a PO Box) in the header and footer.
